They are looking for Tyler Joseph Bizal.  He is a 21 year old Native American male that stands 5'9" tall and weighs 160.  He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Tyler Bizal is being sought by the police because he has a felony warrant for his arrest for failure to appear stemming from a controlled substance crime.
