It's National Static Electricity day!  With the dry conditions, it's pretty easy to celebrate it.   My hair for one always stands up. :(  And Cathy works to make her hair stand straight up.

Smart Pj's can read a bed time story to your kids.   Actually it's the QR codes on the pajamas that you scan with your smartphone, and then the book comes up on the phone and reads to the kids.  But is this really good for parenting??

Women are using bleach for DIY facials.   It's not recommended.

A pizza shop has been delivering prescription medicines and other supplies to ill and elderly residents so they don't have to go out in the bitter cold.   Hats off to the Ligonier, PA pizza shop!

The only reason I knew it was because it was the title of a Breaking Bad episode when Walt went to New Hampshire to hide out.

Luke Bryan and his family have welcomed a new puppy named "Pappy" to their family!

The people's choice winners were handed out last night.   Gravity took home a bunch of honors in cluding favorite drama movie, and Sandra Bullock won two awards.  Justin Timberlake won three trophies.   Favorite TV Cable drama went to the Walking Dead.   Iron Man 3 won the Favorite movie.

Kelly Osbourne and vegan chef Matthew Mosshart have called of their engagement.

And, Lindsey Lohan was offering a reward for her stolen computer at a Chinese Airport.   She originally tweeted,

It was great to be in China and I want to thank everyone for their hospitality, however someone has stolen my computer at the airport, ... offering a reward for anyone who can retrieve and rtn it, bummer to go home w/o it.  XO.  L

 

The tweet has since been taken down.  Sources say she is worried about the computer because it contains nude photos of herself from photo shoots.
