Wow, what a storm!  Main roads are plowed, but all the side streets and parking lots are relatively untouched as of 5:30 this morning.  This means it is very difficult to get around, and many cars are stuck.   Under the snow there is a layer of ice, making it even more treacherous.   Winds are blowing snow around and there are still whiteout conditions in some areas.   Stay home if you can.  Check our closings and weather page for information.
