Name: Samantha and Dylan Vogel

Story: Dylan and I have a fairly typical love story, but I don't believe that makes it any less special or deserving of some concert tickets!
Dylan and I met on the first day of my junior year of college at Saint Cloud State. We were both taking a Language Arts Pedagogy course. That first day, the professor (who later attended our wedding) passed out a deck of cards, and told us to partner up with someone who had the same number we drew.
As fate would have it, Dylan and I both drew the number "4", and we spent a majority of that class partnered up for a short assignment.
He was nothing like any guy I had ever dated before. He had long, dark hair, huge ear gauges, and wore dark, baggy clothing. Prior to this, my "type" would be described as blonde, athletic, somewhat preppy.
However, we quickly hit it off. He made me laugh, we a had a lot in common, and when the assignment and class ended, he walked me back to my apartment.
He STILL hasn't let me live down the fact that I went online to look up the class roster, found his full name, and then added him on Facebook that first night. We ended up staying up late messaging back and forth and swapping phone numbers. We texted or messaged each other every day until the following week when we finally had class together again (it was a one night a week class). He ended up asking me to go to dinner after class, and we have been together ever since.
He asked me to marry him on September 6th, 2014 (our 3 year anniversary) while I was visiting Duluth (where he had moved to accept a job). Of course I said "yes", and 9 short months later on June 27th, 2015 we were married and I moved to be with him and our 4 pets (2 cats and 2 crazy dogs) to Duluth, Minnesota where we currently reside.
We have now been married a little over a year, and we are expecting our first human child literally any day now (I'm due on October 27th :) ).
It's been a crazy, fast, chaotic, but unbelievably fun life together so far. Being young in our careers and now expecting our first child, we don't have much for "fun money" to spend on concerts or date nights. Most of our evenings are spent cooking dinner at home, walking our dogs, and watching "our shows" or playing board games.
We love concerts, and we especially love Tim McGraw! I grew up listening to him on Cassette Tape in the car (my dad is a huge fan), and I still belt his songs out at the top of my lungs whenever they come on the radio. My husband and I would love the chance to have a fun date night to look forward to, and it would be an amazing privilege to see Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in concert!
