Chris Allen

I was born in Duluth, grew up here, and then moved away to Nashville. I have lived in many towns and states, so I don't have a real favorite sports team. I have many favorite sports teams. I have been working in radio since 1995. I held many odd jobs before I finally got in to radio. I also like to write, produce, and listen to music. I have had a number one song in 3 countries, just not America. I also enjoy movies, volleyball, and fashion (yes, fashion!). I have a younger brother and sister, and they live in Phoenix with my Mom and Dad. My sister has two kids, and my brother is married with dogs. Thank you for listening to me! Without you I wouldn't have a job. I enjoy the paranormal and can share many stories with you, but I would like to hear your story, so email me.

Where Was I On September 11th, My Story By Chris Allen

I was not in New York City, nor was I in Pennsylvania, and I wasn't in Washington D.C. It is directly over from Washington D.C., this will be important later.

Watch These Parents Sing Their Praises To Teachers About School Back In Session [Video]

With school being in session for a week, I thought I would share this great video of parents giving a little praise to teachers. It's not an easy or well paying job to be a teacher. Most teachers don't get the lip service they deserve. So, these parents gave it to them, with a little humor.

What Happens When Ken Owes Money To The Pop Machine

I run the pop machine at the radio station here and I leave out a bowl of quarters for people to make change. (The sales staff uses it to get quarters to park downtown). Well, Ken Hayes is one of my best customers, but he leaves an IOU slip behind most of the time. It's ok, he's good for it, but when it gets too high, I give him a hard time.
