We’ve seen a good bit of Keith Urban lately, what with his recent No. 1 single ‘You Gonna Fly,’ his surprise induction into the Grand Ole Opry and his role as a celebrity coach on the Australian version of ‘The Voice.’ But one thing most of Urban’s fans might not know is that between all of the appearances, the singer is also hard at work on his next record.

Scheduled for her first-ever UK show June 21 at the Royal Albert Hall, Underwood is poised and ready to blow away some Brits and make some new fans.
Octogenarian George Jones has had quite the roller coaster of health news this year. The legendary singer was released from the hospital at the beginning of this month after being treated for an upper respiratory infection. At that point, he planned on jumping back into his tour, but then two weeks ago he had to follow doctor’s orders to postpone a set of weekend shows. Still, the ‘He Stopped Loving Her Today’ singer was determined to jump right back in, assuring his fans that he was on the mend and ready to rock.
The four celebrity judges for ABC’s upcoming show ‘Duets‘ — Sugarland‘s Jennifer Nettles, Kelly Clarkson, Lionel Richie and Robin Thicke — have all been scouring the country for dueting partners that they think can stand the heat of the spotlight. And while Kelly Clarkson recently pulled a couple of her top picks on stage with her at a San Diego show, we got a glimpse of a couple videos shot at Nettles’ auditions in Las Vegas.

The last time Miranda Lambert and Ashton Kutcher came face to face, Kutcher was presenting Lambert with the coveted ACM Award for Female Vocalist of the Year. But the ‘Two and a Half Men’ funny guy behaved in such a way that seemed to tick off the sassy starlet just a bit. Dressed in over-the-top country garb — a cowboy hat and a rather gaudy red blazer — Kutcher sang a few bars of George Strait‘s ‘I Cross My Heart,’ later causing Lambert to question the 34-year-old actor’s intentions.
The last time Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw hit the road together was more than 10 years ago in the early 2000s, with McGraw primarily headlining. Young country star Scotty McCreery has been pitching for his hometown Garner High School Trojans this season after taking a break during the post-’Idol’ whirlwind. The kid with the incredible voice and equally intimidating arm pitched his first game of the season on March 10 and started as pitcher for his second varsity game last Thursday. However, the ‘Trouble With Girls’ singer faced a scary moment when a ball came back and hit him just where a singer never wants to be hit — the throat.
