Aircraft Maintenance Company Gets Green Light for Duluth Operation

While it was exciting to have the April announcement that more jobs were on the way to Duluth, there were still some procedures that needed to be completed before AAR Aircraft Services could officially open in Duluth.  It appears that the FAA has now approved this facility.

The Duluth News Tribune is reporting that the certification process was a key regulatory milestone in AAR’s process to begin operations at the former Northwest Airlines maintenance base in Duluth.

AAR provides aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services to commercial airlines and this new facility will bring new jobs to our area.
