A New Perspective To Exercise That Will Motivate You [Video]
This video can be life changing. So many of us are so busy that we say, " I don't have time to work out." Yes you do. You're being lazy.
One of the best motivational tools I use now on days when I don't want to work out is the theory of this video. A doctor asks you, "Can you limit your inactivity in a 24 hour period, to 23 1/2 hours?"
Just 30 minutes of exercise a day can do wonders for your health. Take me for example. I didn't even really change my diet 7 months ago, but I began to exercise every day. My blood pressure was back then around 145/85. That's high blood pressure. At age 27, I had high blood pressure. Not good. Now It's 120/70. It's a tad high, but it's going the right direction. My resting heart rate has dropped from 85-61 beats per minute.
I have more energy, I am less winded, and I sleep better at night. Oh yeah, and I've lost 23 lbs. And guess what? I still drink occasionally, sometimes eat fast food, and I'm never hungry because I eat. The only change is I eat more vegetables and less frozen pizzas.
So, can you just be immobile for 23 1/2 hours?
How can you say no? Get your ASS moving!
