A 22-Year Old Female is “Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week”

The Duluth Police Department is looking for Haley June Engstad. She is wanted for theft of cell phones and is this week's "Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week. Haley June Engstad is a white female, 22 years old, weighing 145 pounds and is 5'10" tall. She has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Duluth Police are seeking the your help in locating HALEY ENGSTAD. She has a warrant for Felony Theft and is a suspect in numerous cell phone thefts from individuals known and unknown to her.

She has recently been frequenting coffee shops and asking individuals to use their cell phone. She then flees the scene with the phone.
