7 Reasons This Could Be The Coldest Spring Yet in Duluth / Superior
We had a brutal winter. It was bad, real bad. Some of us foolishly hoped for a warm spring and a longer summer. Now as we've been through most of June, we are still waiting for summer to begin.

June 24th, 2014... We wore winter jackets, hat and mittens to a Duluth Huskies game. It was 40 degrees and rainy.

It's 90 degress in Hibbing, and your furnance just kicked on.
A couple of weeks ago, I saw on Facebook that it was 90 degrees in hibbing. It was 52 degrees in Superior, and my furnance kicked on. It was like a slap in the face.

My utilities bill came on Monday and my bill for gas heat was over $100. Seriously.

It has been so cold and cloudy that my grass won't grow.

We saw this yesterday... A maple tree's leaves were changing colors.

Our neighbor must have had a problem and called a heating and cooling specialist. We didn't know if he was getting his furnace fixed in June, or getting his A/C ready for summer. (It was 60 degrees that day.)
