5 Reasons Thanksgiving Is The Best Holiday

Christmas can get drawn out for a month.  For some people like me, that's just too much.  Thanksgiving is pretty much just 1 day.  There's not a bunch of commercialization about it.  The day comes, you enjoy it, and then it's over.

A lot of holidays like Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc have a bunch of decorations that go along with it.  They are all good and fun, but nothing sucks more than taking them down.  Does anyone enjoy putting away Christmas decorations?  Or picking up Easter basket grass?

With Thanksgiving, maybe you have a turkey window cling and a centerpiece on the table.  I can handle that.

It's a holiday that has football on all day.  Seriously.  It's the best thing ever.

This may be the best part about Thanksgiving.  You get to spend time with those you love without having to exchange gifts.  I mean gifts are nice, but I prefer to just enjoy each others company.

The highlight of Thanksgiving is a delicious, carb loaded, over eating feast.  What the heck- it's only once a year.  Let's not ruin it by not eating as much as we can!
