The Duluth Police Department has been sending out information on the “Property Crimes Person of the Week” and found that it has helped locate the individual and in many cases has lead to an arrest. Can you help this week, do you know this man?

This week they are looking for 38 year old Christopher Wayne James Swinger born on August 30, 1975.  He is a white male that is 5'9" tall and weighs 180 lbs.  He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Christopher Swinger has a Felony warrant for his arrest for Violation of Probation stemming from a 1st Degree Criminal Damage to Property.
