10 Rapid Fire Questions With Duluth’s ‘Whiskey Trail’

If you haven't heard of them yet, you will soon!

Whiskey Trail is an up-and-coming duo that has a growing fan base here in the Northland.

The band is made up of Heidi Pack on lead vocals and Jake Birdseye on lead guitar, having met when Birdseye responded to Pack's ad looking for a guitar player. The rest is, as they say, country music history.

Whiskey Trail has been unstoppable ever since, playing local venues and enjoying airplay.

They are currently working on their first E.P. project. As if that wasn't enough, they were also recently named finalists in Taste Of Country's 'Risers' contest.

The artists are up against 14 other acts from across the nation and representing Duluth and the Northland! You can vote for them once every 24 hours through midnight on June 18th.

The winner of the contest will get air-time on the nationally-syndicated Taste Of Country Nights and a featured interview on their website. No big deal.

As if you need more incentive to vote, past 'Risers' winners include superstar Brett Young and Devin Dawson.
